Scott Wade is realtor, father, and avid outdoorsman from Steamboat Springs, Colorado.  He is highly invested in his work, which allows him to help others find the perfect house and make it a home.  For this reason, he is known for working with couples who are looking for a permanent place to settle their children.

Scott’s enthusiasm for family extends to his own, which includes a ten-year-old daughter, Olivia, and an Irish setter, Penny.  He makes it a point to never work on a Saturday, when he takes Olivia (or “Liv”) and Penny hiking and camping in the beautiful mountains around Steamboat Springs.  One of their favorite spots is Little Causeway Lake, where they can take nature walks and have picnics in good weather.  In the winter, he and Liv take a trip to Eldora Mountain, where they can spend the holidays with Scott’s family and ski some of the best slopes in the country.

One of Scott’s other great loves is the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.  His daughter belongs to a local troop and he is at nearly every event volunteering and even helping sell their famous cookies.  During the summer, he also volunteers with the local Boy Scouts troop, going on camping trips and teaching fly fishing.
